i stayed in a double room the hotel is across from termini station the location made getting around easy the staff helped with directions they were always present at the front desk
the hallway carpets showed some stains needing replacement

Location suited my needs, being near transport links. This aspect proved acceptable.
The elevators proved inadequate for a place of this size. Only four people could occupy it at a time and this was without luggage. This limitation caused considerable delays during peak hours.

The location is excellent as it is just across the street from the main train station. Bus stations nearby provided easy access to airports. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a good selection of tasty items.
The room lacked a good view from the window, so the curtains had to remain closed.

the staff was super helpful and kind. the location is near the train station, which i found to be a good connection from the airport. the provided breakfast service was well-organized and had options for everyone, so compact it was.
my room was quite dark, daylight barely made it through the window!
